Jeffrey Powers is a founder of Occipital, LLC, where he architects mobile computer vision algorithms and does whatever else it takes to keep a startup running. While an undergraduate in electrical engineering, he spent summers at the National Security Agency. Jeff holds a Master’s in computer science from the University of Michigan, where he was a graduate student before leaving to start Occipital.
