Focation.com is a website that builds local communities by geotagging (marking contents with their geographic information) and benefits from contents contributed by these communities. One of these communities is folks map (map data created by local residents—or crowd source mapping) community, which helps build map data for areas lacking official map data. This will fill in the need for map data in countries that Google and other map providers have not extended their arms to.
