Mark J. Levitt commented on Mark's test session
hi!
Testing
test.
hi!
Caught Ron’s act in Vegas….bought three speedboats and a timeshare from him! Very convincing!
Will have to miss this one.
I want to see stars! Don’t make me hit myself on the head over and over! :-p
Comments seems to be pretty easy to figure out
Garlic Fries, please? Can I drive up to the first window now?
I laughed, I cried! Mark, Vee and Shirley ARE the dynamic duo!!!!
probably need more coffee… but where are the stars? can’t rate this since its technically not a session? no speakers attached?
whoa…cool that it recognizes that the speaker in the session makes a comment
@Gina, the star in the upper-right isn’t rating, it’s “add to personal schedule”. We’ve ordered a replacement graphic for this from MDG. Before we had ratings, it made sense for it to be a star.
Looks good. But what is this bit of stray text that’s currently visible on a line below the “Q&A” header: “(end en_session_speakers)”?
The rating UI seems like a little problematic. Two things:
how about adding a few words next to the star in the upper right corner, such as “Rate this session”? Right now it’s just a star, and the user is supposed to guess that clicking it will enable you to rate the session. I bet a lot of people will not intuit that. How are you actually supposed to rate the session, once you click the star? When I clicked the star just now, the session description was immediately highlighted in yellow. Beyond that … what? What is the user supposed to do next to rate the session?OK, the text in the “Lists” section of the “read formatting help” page needs some fixing. It apparently doesn’t work as advertised. :-)
I just copied the format in the “read formatting help” section for bulleted items and numbered items, and it didn’t bullet or format the items. Doing it again here:
item item again one twoSo, do they need to have a vertical space between them (in the text on the “read formatting help” page, to work? Trying that out here:
item item again one twoI love session descriptions that are in Latin. And I love
bulleted itemsand

This is great!
Writing things like www.foo.com inline should now do the right thing
You’ll also notice you can’t grade your own proposal
I gave this four stars not five because I once saw Ron wear a hat indoors
