For the past 20 years, Henry has been a Principal of Instantiated Software, a small company whose primary business is applying agile methodologies and open-source technologies to deliver custom-developed applications to start-up companies. Between development projects, he analyses the performance of complex enterprise systems for large companies, as well as developing technical and security architectures. Henry is an avid squash player and is marketing a squash club management system that includes a sophisticated player rating system.
