@Andrew: once we get the slides from David, we’ll post them on this page and update you when that happens.
Interesting to see David’s take on the Rails 3 features that are of interest and importance to him. Great way to kick off the conference!
Would be nice to have the slides posted here, as sometimes the video dwells on David for too long and doesn’t show the code he’s talking about.
Seeing David in person was awesome. He might not be the technical tour de force of someone like Yehuda Katz, but his presentation skills are awesome. He’s just able to keep a constant and exuberant flow of speech that keeps me engaged.
David seemed rushed. I would have liked some more technical details, especially with stuff upcoming in later releases.
