I have developed a Rails application that solves many of the problems associated with administering large college courses. These tasks include: processing and analyzing exams, tracking instructor professional development, and assessing student understanding with a novel questionnaire tool.

Neal built up to his point with a lot of supporting ancedotes, but they were mostly weak. I appreciated the 6 laws of art, or whatever that was called.

Anthony was very clear and well spoken. Though, since I'm only inheriting my own code, repeatedly, I didn't leave the talk with actionable advice.

They seemed to be solving problems most developers don't have. I would have like to see more example code.

David seemed rushed. I would have liked some more technical details, especially with stuff upcoming in later releases.
