After a few years in sunny California, he traded in his code editor for the (sometimes daunting) task of managing the team of coding ninjas at Bitscribe where he is a principal. He focuses on making both developers and enterprises reap the full benefits of agile development, and recently joined forces with Heroku to help rock the world of Rails development and deployment.
