We plan to solicit questions in advance from the Rails community about anything. Our code, our scaling issues, our business model, how we implement features, how we see community, our plans for the future.

This panel will focus on GitHub the website and business, not Git the technology. We’re more interested in talking about being a profitable company without VC and how we use memcached than Git tips n tricks.

This panel will be moderated by Jon Maddox of Mustache Inc, as he was instrumental in building many of GitHub’s features as a contractor early on.
