After of over 10 years of experience in Silicon Valley startups, Paul Hepworth has ignited a passion for agile processes and how they can improve the culture and quality of any team or company. Paul started learning rails 3 years ago while waiting for his ASP.Net web application to compile. After a successful port of Real Travel from ASP.Net to Rails as a developer and Scrummaster, Paul led his team to greater heights by incorporating continuous deployment, TDD and Scrum to significantly increase productivity and quality. When Paul is not bragging about his winning the “Here’s Your Sign Award” on “Country Fried Videos,” he can be found coding, playing soccer and baseball with his kids, or trying to evangelize to people on the street about Agile, Scrum, and Rails.
