A microapp is just like a normal app on a diet. The only rules are don’t think too hard, don’t spend too much time coding it and get it out into the world. Along the way learn the basics of Camping, OpenID and open APIs.

Bandnamed.com was built over 3 nights after work and continues to get new band names each day.

Peglist.com was built over a week or so and scratches just one person’s itch.

The basics of a microapp can be completed in 10 minutes, and that’s just what will happen towards the end of the session.
