The session will deep dive into the internals of PHP engine in terms of performance. Which PHP subsystem consume most of CPU cycles and what is the scope of improving PHP engine performance. Zend memory allocator, zend hashes, system call results caching are some of areas covered.

I believe that a projector would have helped in presenting the material. Showing some of the source code would help as well.
