Cory Zue
CTO, Dimagi

Cory Zue is the Chief Technology officer of Dimagi and has several years of experience with health IT projects in the developing world. Cory has provided technical leadership and mentoring, systems architecture, and software development while working on a number of diverse projects, including a distributed health record system designed for a low-connectivity, resource-poor environment, cloud server backends for mobile apps, a smartcard-based electronic medical record system, and SMS applications for data collection and clinical surveys. He has spent extensive time working with IT teams in Boston, Zambia, Ethiopia, and Nigeria, consulting on technical decisions, coordinating project plans, training local staff, and writing code. He is a leader in multiple open source communities. Cory earned his bachelors and masters degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
