Patrick was a QA Engineer at MySQL / Sun / Oracle, where he focused on code coverage tools, maintaining and updating the MySQL test suite, and testing with the Random Query Generator. After that, he moved to the Drizzle team at Rackspace where he helped shepherd a number of features for the project’s first GA release.

Currently, he works on the Percona Inc. development team, with a hand in pretty much anything that involves testing or quality assurance
