Nick started out as a DBA in Norway, after which he quickly moved into venture capital as a Sr. DBA responsible for helping the ventures with their database planning and operations. Then he started with remote DBA / consulting, during which time he also was a technical editor of the MySQL Administrator’s Bible and an active blogger in the MySQL Ecosystem. Currently working on large deployments on the largest website in Spain.
