Scalable, Fast, & Simple: Data Warehousing with InfiniDB

InfiniDB is a self-managing, column-oriented database designed to service the needs of business intelligence, data warehouse, and analytical applications where scalability, performance and simplicity are paramount. InfiniDB is available in two forms; the free and open source InfiniDB Community Edition and the MPP-enabled InfiniDB Enterprise Edition.

This session will provide an overview of the capabilities of the InfiniDB architecture and attendees will learn how to leverage its capabilities to build a linearly scalable information management infrastructure. With the constant growth of data volumes and the escalating requests for access to it as the backdrop, we’ll show how the MPP capabilities of InfiniDB allow for deployments that range from simple data marts to large, dynamic, highly available data warehouses.
