The MySQL universe has a variety of options for supporting powerful business intelligence – reporting, data analysis and visualization – for both embedding in applications and providing stand alone services for organizations. MySQL’s community and customer base commonly choose Jaspersoft’s open source business intelligence products for these applications. This presentation will review various business intelligence approaches with MySQL and the implications for database development and management.
