Information to get the most out of the Gov 2.0 Webcast

Why a webcast?

The Gov 2.0 webcast provides an ongoing forum for exploring the latest issues, without the expense or inconvenience of travel. It's O'Reilly's way of bringing compelling Gov 2.0 stories to your desktop to spur discussion and innovation.

How does it work?

In this Gov 2.0 webcast, participants log on and attend sessions, enter into discussions with other participants and presenters using the live text chat, and pose questions and interact with people from all over the world. It has a similar structure to a physical conference, except that you listen, watch, and participate via your computer from the convenience of your office or home.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Instructions on how to join the conference will be sent to you via email one day prior to the live event. These instructions will include a link for joining the conference and a toll-free number to dial in for the audio portion. You will also receive a reminder the morning of the event.

We encourage you to join at least ten minutes prior to the event so you don't miss important information.

The audio for this event will be streamed over your computer. For the best experience, we encourage you to use a headset or earbuds.
